Returns and Exchanges

At Tallulah Freelove your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase.  Notification of return must be made within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise. Garment must be in its original state, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

How to return or exchange merchandise

1. Advise us via email of your intent to return/exchange within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

2. If an exchange is required, kindly note in your email, the merchandise that you would like in exchange in order for us to confirm availability.

3. If a return is required, we will immediately send the refund to the issuing bank for processing upon receipt of goods. Note: bank processing can take 7-20 days.

4. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment at the time of purchase
