Jean Cocteau was almost certainly commenting on the written word, but we think it can be extended to personal style. After all, is there anything more unique (and complicated) than the way we choose to adorn ourselves! On these pages we hope you will find pieces that compliment your personal style, pieces that you will make your own, pieces that you will wear for years to come. There is a little Tallulah in each of us!
Tallulah Freelove
Well before cotton and wool, there was linen
Linen has been valued for centuries because of its unique characteristics. It drapes beautifully, it gets softer with each wash, it is strong yet breathable and it is easy to care for. While the process to turn flax into linen is labour intensive, it has a very low ecological footprint and is therefore one of the most sought after fabrics in the world of sustainable luxury. Each Tallulah Freelove garment is made by hand in a small-batch atelier. Quantities are limited.
